About Us
Built on purpose.
Built on purpose.
Driven by better thinking.
Takla is a real estate developer built on a simple belief: smarter decisions create better places. By combining thoughtful planning, purposeful design and a genuine understanding of how people live and work, we create destinations that remain valuable far beyond today.
Our Story
Built from a
Built from a
different point of view.
Takla was founded around a simple observation: the way people live has evolved, but much of what is being built has not evolved with them.
We established Takla Real Estate Development with the ambition to redefine what modern living can feel like, creating developments where thoughtful planning, purposeful design and quality come together to serve the people who live within them.
For us, real estate is not simply about building properties. It’s about building communities.
Communities where architecture responds to real life. Where every detail has a reason. Where spaces are designed around comfort, movement, privacy and connection. And where the value of a development continues long after construction is complete.
What sets
Takla apart.
Lifestyle Before Buildings — We begin with how people want to live, then design the development around them.
Purposeful Design — Every space, detail and decision is considered to create greater comfort, functionality and quality of life.
Communities — We create environments that encourage belonging, connection and a stronger everyday experience.
Quality That Creates Lasting Value — From planning to execution, our focus is on developments designed to remain relevant, desirable and valuable over time.
A Forward-Looking Approach — Takla responds to changing lifestyles and expectations, creating destinations ready for the future rather than repeating the past.
Experience that shapes
how we develop.
Our understanding of development goes beyond design.
Takla brings experience across construction and development projects throughout Egypt, covering buildings, infrastructure, roads, bridges, site development, residential communities, and coastal destinations.
This multidisciplinary background allows us to understand what happens behind every project, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery.
